BCU Partners with Celebrity Financial Educator, Tiffany Aliche - "The Budgetnista"
Chicago - BCU is pleased to announce its latest financial well-being partnership with celebrity financial educator, author and activist Tiffany Aliche, a/k/a “The Budgetnista.” Through this collaboration, BCU members, eligible non-members and Company Partners will be Empowered to Discover Financial Freedom and benefit from even more financial education opportunities.
Tiffany is dedicated to making life-changing financial information accessible to women and communities of color through her company, ‘The Budgetnista,’ helping over one million women completely transform the way they think about their finances.
Earlier this month, Tiffany shared her story of becoming financially whole with 10 steps people can implement into their own lives. This event was livestreamed over BCU’s YouTube channel to more than 800 viewers and was moderated by Anita Wilson Wellen, BCU’s Vice-President of Talent Management.
“At BCU, we are so proud of our efforts in diversity, equity and inclusion, including this new partnership with ‘The Budgetnista.’ Tiffany makes complex financial concepts fun and relatable!” said Wilson Wellen. In addition to the live event, Aliche is working with the Credit Union in a consulting capacity to uncover and address ways BCU can better serve current and potential members – particularly, communities of color.
